Installation covers the physical fit-out and commissioning of the equipment — done with attention to safety procedures, quality of workmanship and proper testing before handover, not just getting the unit into place.
What to Expect
This includes mechanical and electrical installation, safety-system setup and testing (governor, safety gear, interlocks for elevators; ATS and control wiring for generators), and a commissioning check to confirm the installation performs to spec before it goes into service.
